Speaker bio: Steven B. Gorin is a partner at Thompson Coburn LLP. He practices trust & estate law and helps owners structure their closely-held businesses. Gorin has practiced law for over 21 years and practiced accounting for 8 years before that. He is a member of the Business Planning Committee and the Employee Benefits in Estate Planning Committee of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, is vice chair of the Committee on Governmental Submissions for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, and is a member of the Professional Learning & Networking Committee of the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of CPAs.
