About the presentation: The seminar will discuss sophisticated estate planning techniques that should be considered in 2022.It will assume a basic knowledge of techniques by participants and will explore nuances that we have learned in the last 20 years that guide us in the successful implementation of these techniques. In addition, there will be a discussion of how the practitioner can manage their quality of practice life in the face of increased expectations and workflow and ever-increasing technological communications and interruptions.

Bio:
