About the presentation: AQR Flex SMAs are customizable equity strategies that seek to generate pre-tax alpha while also realizing net capital losses that may be used to offset capital gains elsewhere. AQR Flex SMAs’ alpha oriented investment approach can be used to address a wide range of investing needs (different benchmarks, levels of active risk, etc.) and could be of particular interest to clients with highly appreciated portfolios, including low basis concentrated stock holdings, or clients investing around a current or future significant liquidity event (business sale, real estate transaction, etc.).
AQR Flex SMAs offer a customizable equity strategy designed to deliver pre-tax alpha while potentially offsetting capital gains through net capital losses. These alpha-focused solutions can be adapted to various investment objectives, making them ideal for clients with concentrated stock positions, non-grantor trusts, significant liquidity events, or the need to manage tax liabilities.
Estate planners will find this session particularly valuable as we delve into the latest innovations at the intersection of tax and finance. Join us in person or by zoom to explore practical strategies that can help optimize your clients' financial outcomes.
